Mariol - for the youngest children
MARIOL product series have been developed with the aim to offer preparations for skin care of the youngest children which would treat, protect and regenerate skin with the maximum effect. Special attention was paid especially to the fact that babies’ skin is very sensitive and its irritation or even allergization may occur because of the influence of some substances used commonly in cosmetic preparations. With respect to these wellknown facts, the composition of the preparations has been selected in the way so that these substances would not occur in them. Just for these reasons, the Mariol series products are suitable also for children suffering of various forms of allergy, skin defects or atopic eczema.
Mariol - baby oil gel
Baby OIL GEL is a purely natural substitute of milk thistle oil hardened by addition of natural waxes into a gel form. The content of milk thistle oil is 94%, which makes it possible to fully utilise its unique properties, such as easy spreading, excellent tolerance in relation to the skin and balanced composition of substances for the skin. Owing to its polarity, oil not only spreads well, but also absorbs well. During this process, active substances enter the skin, such as polyunsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid belongs to the group of the so-called omega-6 fatty acids), phytosterols and Vitamin E. A complex of these substances promotes regeneration of cells in the skin, promotes their natural functions, maintains a necessary amount of moisture and contributes to the feeling of soft, smooth and elastic skin. Polyunsaturated fatty acids protect the skin against adverse external influences, because they have properties of strong antioxidants, so they prevent processes leading to premature skin aging. In addition to that, these substances show a natural protective factor against effects of ultraviolet radiation, so they reduce the risk of skin damage caused by sunrays.
BABY OIL GEL has properties of a viscous material at normal temperature that however changes into oil that can be easily spread at the temperature of the human body. As an advantage can be considered the fact that oil does not run down after application, so it is possible to apply the necessary amount of it to a specific area. The product also contains bee wax and natural wax from leaves of a subtropical bush Euphorbia cerifera that moisturize the skin and create a protective layer on it preventing its excessive drying and protecting it against negative external influences. For these reasons, it is possible to recommend OIL GEL also for a preventive treatment of the baby's skin in cases of exposure to adverse weather conditions, such as wind, frost or intensive sunrays.
